Voting support

Voting for Eurovision Song Contest Asia 2026 is free and open to fans around the world. If you had trouble casting a vote, received an unexpected error, or believe a count was recorded incorrectly, please tell us the country and song you were voting for, the approximate time, and the device or browser you used.

• The official result is verified separately by the contest's independent adjudicator.
• Never share banking details, passwords or one-time codes with anyone claiming to represent the contest.

Tickets and the Bangkok Grand Final

The live Grand Final takes place on Saturday 14 November 2026 at One Bangkok Forum, Thailand, with doors open to a preview show on Friday 13 November. For questions about an existing order, a transfer, a refund or accessibility seating, include your booking reference so we can look it up quickly.

Journalists, photographers and creators seeking accreditation, artwork, interview requests or artist assets should contact us with the outlet name, the editor responsible, your deadline and a short outline of the story. Please allow additional time for accreditation checks in the final fortnight before the show.

Artists and delegations

Delegations representing the 11 participating countries can reach the contest coordination desk for questions about the running order, rehearsals, staging, song metadata and the official roundup. Heads of delegation should use the dedicated channel shared with them before the contest.
